Belvoir Federal offers our members the Motor Vehicle Certification Program (MVCP) service. MVCP assists members in a hassle free purchase of a new or used vehicle.

MVCP advisors will supply you with information on current:

Rebates
Incentives
Invoice pricing
Destination
Advertising charges
Estimated Trade-In-Value of your vehicle

The advisors will explain the program and then send a certificate to participating dealers that offer low, pre-negotiated prices. All you have to do is select your options and pick the color!
